CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees. Please call or text us at (714) 872-7188 to make any changes. A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be retained if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
